- 250g block butter, softened
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 anchovies, finely chopped

Step 1
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly until well combined. Spoon onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Roll into a log, tighten the ends and place in the fridge to firm up. When ready to serve, slice into discs and enjoy on everything from steak and chicken to roast potatoes and veggies.
